Purpose of our project work...

Our purpose of this project is to create an effective campaign using print materials and attractive display holders to educate teenagers on the consequences on abusing drugs so as to discourage them from engaging in such abuse.
We made posters, bookmarks, brochures, leaflets and posters that suit each of our display units that we made during design and technology class. All these that we have made are all for suitable for teenagers and to discourage them from abusing drugs. Even if they have started, they might consider quitting it after looking at all the things we have made by racking our brains to be creative.
After we had finished our work, we even asked people to imagine that our work is being placed in a store and if they were to come, would they buy and notice our work.

How we usually do our work...

Basically... we always have problem meeting up together at the same place and at the same time... so we just split up the work that we have to do. Whenever we could not finish or do a certain work, we will contact another person and ask him or her for help. So, there are some people in our group doing lesser work while the others do more. As a group, we help one another accomplish tasks no matter how much work there is to do.

Group members

Hi! Welcome to our blog! Anyway, group members are all just being picked just by luck. Numbers are written on small pieces of paper and we have to pick it to decide who goes into which group. Well... will not be so long-winded... lets introduce the members now... they are... Joyce, Jia Hui, Brian, Adam, James and Johann. So we are now stuck together as a group will just have to bear with it. I guess that's for now... will post soon again... bye!

Problems

Many obstacles came along during our project work. No matter how careful we are, we just cannot avoid it. Facing it only means wasting more time... but that's is what project work is partly about.
We actually did a blog before this one but it was somehow hacked and we have to redo it all over again. It was sheer bad luck but we had no choice. The truth was that it was a little frustrating. We also lost our postcards and bookmarks that we was suppose to do and also had to redo both of it. We also lost our disc that contains our presentation slides and had no choice but to read from the paper that we had handed up. Maybe its also the cause of our carelessness and not just bad luck. Maybe, just maybe, we could have kept the password of our blog better... but what is done is over and we cannot go back time to change it. We know that there are many more obstacles to come and we are ready to face it.
